Daily workflow
From goods in to the day’s close.
Goods in.
The buyer checks minimum stock and expired batches, raises a purchase order, and records the challan and the purchase bill. Those bills create batches at that branch.
Counter.
The cashier bills from those batches, by barcode or by name. GST is on the line. A return is against the bill.
Close.
The cashier closes the shift. The owner sees sales, cash, bank, and stock. The accountant uses the same entries for outstanding, GST, and the final accounts.
Each branch sells its own stock. Head office keeps the company, the users, and the rights.
Our story
HevMed belongs to Heaven Medical.
We built HevMed for our own pharmacy work. It is not a package we bought and renamed, and it is not a product we sell. Retail billing, the godown, and the accounts sit on one product list and one stock.
This website only describes that software. Staff sign in to HevMed inside the branch. Visitors do not get a login here, and they cannot place a medicine order here.
